Global Vision

Heart Cry For Asia: A Global Missions Training Center.

A global discipleship & missions training in Japan?   Is it im possible?  Our dream is to establish a global discipleship & missions training center.  Our hope is that teachers, from all over the world, with missional experiences will equip them to do the work of the ministryamong the unreached mega-people groups beginning with Japan.

There is lack of lay discipleship & empowerment ministries “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ” (Eph.4: 12).  “Traditional Protestant concern for a well-educated clergy, combined with hierarchical Confucian leadership model that emphasized the positional authority of the pastor/teacher has not encouraged an active role for the laity.”  We believe that the Church in Japan will grow as a result of lay led ministries and missional communities.

As our human resources grow, we desire to see a trans-denominational Gospel-centered, spirit-filled, missional training center that produces godly indigenous Japanese missionaries with a high view of Scripture and a commitment to engage the culture with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Write to us if you’re interested in partnering with us.  We need to start somewhere!  Let’s talk.

We want to start an intensive, radical training seminar/program, something in between what Seminaries and local Churches are doing.  We invite you to explore these possibilities with us!  (Why Japan?)
